Big Kahuna – Snakes and Ladders

Introduction

Big Kahuna – Snakes and Ladders edition is enhanced with two additional features, called free spins and ladders and snakes, this 5-reel slot game has 15 paylines and 300 coin slots that a player can use to achieve that lucky combo on the lines he has selected. The payout that he wins will be directly linked to the type of combo that he gets as well as the amount that he stakes.

How to Play

The keys +and – are used for bet adjustments, i.e. size of the coins that a player wishes to use in the game.
The lines key is used to choose the amount of lines that a player wishes to place on the bet.
The coins key is used if a player wishes to raise the staked amount.
The bet max key is used if a player wants to bet the maximum amount available.
The spin key is used to spin the reels and start the game.
The win field is used to show how much a player has won.
The winning will be highlighted across the reels.
Having no winning strings ends a game. A player can start the new one then.
The paytables represent the amount a player has won, which depends on how much he has staked per winning string.
Regular winnings are determined by multiplying the amount won with the amount staked on every payline.
The credit amount is determined by multiplying the amount won with the size of the coins a player has selected for the game.
All symbols must be ordered from left to right and on the same payline in order for a string to be considered as winning. This rule does not apply for the scattered symbols, which can pay in any direction.
Scattered winnings are determined by multiplying the entire regular bet staked with the type of the symbols found in the winning string.
Scattered winnings are mixed with the regular ones. If there are two winnings, one scattered one regular, a player will receive both winning amounts.
If there are at least 2 scattered symbols across the reels, they bring the win to the player.
Scattered symbol can only show up on the first, third and fifth reel and is the only symbol that cannot be replaced by the wild one.
Expert mode has a possibility to use autoplay (set a sequence of games to be played in a regular mode or a certain amount of spins, without further adjusting things) and 5/10 spin (used to set either five or ten games to be plaid in a consecutive manner without adjusting anything).

Features

Big Kahuna

This symbol can be used to replace all others, except for the scattered one. It is also used as a multiplier, as it duplicates the winning of the string where it is used as a wild symbol.
If there are several of them in one line, then a winning combo is formed. But the winnings from these types of strings are not doubled.
If it appears while a player is playing a free spin game, then it has a value of 4x, provided it is used as a replacement.

Ladders and Snakes

This symbol can appear anywhere on the reels. If there are 2+ of them, then they form the winning scattered string. If there are 3+ of them, then they trigger an additional feature, called ladders and snakes.
It can only show up on the first, third and fifth reel.
It can’t be replaced by the symbol of big kahuna.

Free spins

This feature is triggered randomly. A player is given 5 additional free spins, during which the regular winnings are worth twice as much. If big kahuna appears throughout these spins, then it is a 4x multiplier, provided it is used as a replacement in the winning string.
This feature can’t be retriggered while a player is using the free spin mode.
Another additional feature, called ladders and snakes can be triggered while a player is in the free spin mode.
The rules regarding the betting and paylines are identical to the spin rules that triggered this feature.
Between the free spins and ladders and snakes feature, ladders and snakes has advantage, i.e. the player always plays it first.

Ladders and Snakes

If there are 3 scattered symbols of ladders and snakes on the first, third and fifth reels, then they trigger this feature, which enables a player to win the 100x multiplier. All he has to do is land on the square with the bonus in it, by rolling the dice and moving throughout the squares. There are 5 dice, and the player rolls every die one time only. If the die shows number 6, a player is given additional roll for free. The limit for free rolls is two for every die.
In case the square shows the ladder, then the player starts climbing up. If there is a snake’s head on the square, the player goes down where the tail of the snake finishes.
After a player has used up all of the rolls, the last field he steps on will be a bonus multiplier, which he will win. This multiplier multiplies the entire amount that the player has staked.
Whenever he wants, a player can decide to take the winnings and stop the game.
This feature can be triggered while a player is playing a free spin.

Game Rules

There are 15 lines a player can bet on, with up to 5 coins per line.
A player will receive only the highest winning amounts, except for the scatter winnings.
Regular winnings are determined by multiplying the amount won with the amount staked on each payline.
All symbols pay left-right on the payline, but for the scattered one, which pays in any direction.
Scattered and bonus winnings are combined with the regular winnings.
Scattered winnings are determined through a multiplication of the type of the winning string and the entire amount that a player has placed as his regular bet.
The entire sum paid to a player is dependent on the amount staked on every payline.
Coins are turned into credits using the following formula: Coin amount x size of the coins used in the game= credits.
The entire amount of coins that is won is multiplied with the size of credits that a player has chosen in order to determine the amount of credits.
If the system experiences technical difficulties, all the games and payouts will be cancelled.
